Anna Evdokimova also known as Nyusha is often described as having an elegant style due to her astonishing flexibility. Her goal in teaching is to guide you through her approach to aerial hoop, inspiring you to explore your own individual expression and in that way proving that everyone can radiate grace and sophistication, regardless of their abilities.

In this workshop you will explore the captivating possibilities of performing Aerial Hoop in Heels. Nyusha aims to enhance your hoop vocabulary with moves that emanate confidence, sensuality and elegance. The focus in this workshop lies in poses which embellish your lines, utilizing moves in the span set and on the floor.

Nyusha will help you put together tricks like Hip Key Drop, Russian/Monkey Roll and Chest Stand into a dreamy choreography. This workshop is intended for intermediate and advanced aerial hoop students. You’ll benefit most of it, if you’re comfortable with performing several basic mounts and double knee hangs on both top and bottom bar as well as back balanced poses like Star on the Bar.

Please bring your own heels if possible, preferably dance heels or similar.
